To keep things running smoothly for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 20% service charge. Clients who miss their appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
